The AirPods Pro, what is it? These are completely wireless headphones. Apple came out with these new and improved headphones for an even better fit and sound experience in your ears. In October 2019, Apple released the AirPods Pro completely changing the style compared to the original AirPods. If Apple already came out with the original AirPods, then why manufacture the AirPods Pro? As an owner of both products, I will tell you about the reason why I think Apple came out with the AirPods Pro. When I had the original pair of AirPods, they were having so many issues. Within a week or so of getting them, the battery started to run out a lot faster. Two weeks after that, one of the AirPods started to not connect to my device at all. I even tried getting them replaced, but it just kept repeating the same issues all over again. So, obviously, Apple needed something new; something different. When Apple first came out with the AirPods Pro, I was hesitant to buy them. Well for one, Apple was and is still selling them for $250, which is a crazy amount of money to drop on a pair of headphones. After a lot of research and testing them out, I finally decide to purchase them. Not for $250, that’s ridiculous. I went to Costco and got them for $50 cheaper. I have had the AirPods Pro for about a year and a half, and I absolutely love them. There haven’t been any battery or connection issues at all, and the sound quality is so amazing. Overall, Apple’s purpose for this product was to satisfy the needs of the customer, and that is exactly what happened.
What’s in the Box?

As shown in Figure 1-1, this is the charging case for the AirPods Pro. This is used for the purpose of keeping the AirPods charged, it is not for protection!

As shown in Figure 1-2, this is the physical AirPods Pro. These are meant for in-ear purposes like listening to music or talking on the phone.

In Figure 1-3, we see a charging cable. This is used to charge the charging case. The lightning side plugs into the lightning port of the charging case. The USB-C side plugs in the box that goes into the outlet.

In Figure 1-4 we see different sizes of the silicon tips for the AirPods Pro. These are used to find the most comfortable and stable for the user’s ears. There are small tips, medium tips, and large tips for best comfort.
The Charging Case

Figure 2-1 shows the charging case for the AirPods Pro. The light in the center when lit is either red or green. Green means that the AirPod Pros are charged. Red means that the AirPod Pros are in the process of charging.

Figure 2-2 shows the back of the charging case. The button in the center is used for pairing a new device.

In Figure 2-3, we see the lightning port. You use the charging cable to charge the case.

Figure 2-4 shows where the AirPod Pros are kept inside the case. The metal clips at the bottom keep the AirPod Pros from falling out and are used to charge them.
The AirPods

Figure 3-1 shows the microphones on the AirPod Pros. Used for when talking on the phone or when making a voice recording.

Here we see the stems in Figure 3-2. They are used for pausing a song or video, answering a phone call, skipping a song, and changing the sound options from transparency to noise canceling.

Figure 3-3 is a picture of an AirPod Pro. In the center, there is a speaker used for listening.
The Function
The functions of the AirPod Pros are quite simple. Once you connect them to your phone, you’re able to listen to music wirelessly. Also, you can work out with them in your ears as they are sweat resistant. They come with different tip sizes to find the best fit, so they don’t fall out of your ears. You can use them for your phone calls so you can have your hands free to multitask or if you don’t want to have to hold up your phone the entire time. Using the stems, you can skip and pause songs, answer a phone call, use Siri, and change the sound frequencies from transparency mode to noise canceling.
Conclusion
The invention of the AirPod Pros changed the playing field when it comes to wireless headphones. Due to its many functions and unbelievable sound quality, people all over the world are purchasing and loving their new Apple AirPod Pros.
